The Marque Reserve ("we", "us") operates a private, invitation-only members club for collectors of cars and watches, delivered through our website and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Information we collect
- Account & profile: name, email address, phone number, city, biography, and profile photo you provide.
- Your collection & listings: the cars, watches, photos, descriptions, and prices you add to your collection or list in the Register.
- Member content: posts, comments, media, likes, event RSVPs, and connection (friend) relationships you create.
- Device tokens: if you enable notifications in the mobile app, a push token for your device, so we can deliver alerts.
- Technical data: standard log and security information (such as IP address and app/browser type) processed by our infrastructure providers.
2. How we use it
- To operate the members area: your profile, collection, the Register, the feed, events, and the connections graph.
- To send service communications - invitations, and notifications such as connection requests and introductions - by email and, if enabled, push notification.
- To keep the club private and secure, and to enforce our invitation-only membership.
Contact details (email and phone) are visible to another member only once you and that member are connected; your name, city, and collection are visible to members of the club.
3. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service, who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase - database, authentication, and media storage.
- Netlify - website and app hosting.
- Resend - transactional email (invitations and notifications).
- Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging - delivery of push notifications, if you enable them.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your membership is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated content as described below.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit → Delete account in the app or members area. Deleting your account permanently removes your login, profile, collection, listings, posts, comments, likes, RSVPs, and connections. This action cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
6. Security
Access to member data is protected by authentication and row-level security rules. Sensitive contact details are restricted at the database level and shared only with members you have connected with.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can edit most details in your profile, delete your account in-app, or contact us to make a request.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
